Terms of Service

By requesting a commission, you certify that you have read, understood and agreed to the following. Please read thoroughly.

• You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.• I do not draw NSFW and gore. Also I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason without explanation needed.• You can not use your commission for AI dataset training or NFTs.• Prices are not fixed and may be raised based on complexity.• All copyrights of the commissioned artwork will be retained by myself. As the client however you have full ownership of the image you buy as long as it is not being used for commercial purposes.• Commissioned artwork can be used strictly for the client personal use. If you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, please email me in order to disscuss details.• As the artist, I reserve the right to use commission artwork for self promotion (social media, portfolio, patreon, etc.); please inform me at the time of commissioning if you do not wish me to do so. Likewise you may share the commission on your own social media as long as you link back to me.

Payment

• Prices in USD by making a custom pledge to my Ko-Fi or directly via PayPal• Upon starting work I require a 50% upfront payment. This deposit is not refundable after I start sketching.• Remaining 50% of the payment will be transfered to my PayPal account once the work is completed.

Artwork Process and Revisions

• First I will provide you with an initial and very rough sketch that displays pose, expressions, light and color. At this stage you can make any changes you want and without limit. But once the sketch is accepted I won't be making any major changes without compensation, which will be negotiated separately. So please be mindful of your decisions.• Once the rough sketch is approved I will start working on it's cleaner version. Since at this stage there might appear small inconsistencies compared to the initial sketch, you will be able to request small changes. Just please keep in mind all the big elements of the image such as character posters, their composition and overall design are fixed and I will have to charge you additional fees for changing those.• Flat colors. At this stage I prefer not to make any changes to the color palette but if you wish so it is possible without any additional fees.• Shading / Finished art. You will receive a low resolution version of the finished image. Once it is approved I will send you a high resolution file after receiving remaining part of commission price.

How to commission me

1. Contact me on any of my social media or email.2. Confirm availability - I will reply as soon as able.3. Provide references (1-3 good images minimum - more may be required if the commission is complicated) and a description of what you want me to draw.4. I will quote you the price and Estimated completion date.5. You'll transfer me 50% of the agreed price. After that I will start working on the sketch.6. You will receive an initial sketch. And you will be able to make as many changes as you wish until you will be happy with it.7. I will begin the final artwork. At this stage I will not refund any money paid to me if you change your mind.8. I will update from time to time on the status of the commission via DM or email. Some minor tweaks will be possible at this stage but nothing major.9. You will receive a low resolution, watermarked version of the final image for approval.10. After receiving the remaining 50% of the payment I will email you high resolution file of your image.

Pricing

Every commission is different. I do my best to understand my clients needs and provide for them art that best meets their expectations. This means my rate might vary from the ones provided below. Please treat this information more as a rough estimate rather than fixed prices.So even if you don't see anything that seems to fit your budget or you want to commission me but none of the below examples fit what you need, feel free to reach out and maybe we'll be able to figure something out!

Simple

• Single character bust/portrait.
• Abstract/sketchy background or lack thereof.

Starts at 120$

Complex

• Two characters interacting or one character with additional elements or very complex design.
• Abstract/sketchy background.
• Special effects such as explosions, spell effects etc.

Starts at 250$

Character Collage

• Three or more characters interacting.
• Abstract/sketchy background.
• Additional elements such as debris or other visual effects.

Starts at 400$
